Backed by 35+ years of experience in product design, business development, operations and manufacturing as Director at his family owned listed pen manufacturing company, Linc Pens & Plastics Ltd., Prakash founded his own venture Linc Property Developers Limited in 2006. He is the strategic head of the company and oversees all activities. He has also been the past Chairman of CII Western Region.

Bindu has 25+ years in business, and has her own proprietory construction firm M/s Linc Marketing Services and M/s S. M. Homes. She is the Co-founder and promoter director of Linc Property Developers Limited since 2006 and has been actively involved in strategic decisions of the company.

With an MBA from the Indian School of Business & as a Gold Medallist Architect from the Goa College of Architecture, Raghav has steered and kept the company abreast with modern trends, designs and aesthetics. For 8+ years Raghav was the front face of the Company having lead project design & execution, sales & marketing and was actively involved in all strategic initiatives.

A triple gold medallist Architect from Goa College of Architecture and with an MBA in Strategy, Operations and Healthcare from the Indian School of Business, Radhika has been pivotal in restructuring and streamlining company operations, administration & marketing . She leads strategic initiatives and is focused on growth & expansion of the company.

A charismatic entrepreneur, Sri Surajmal Jalan is the founder of LINC Pens & Plastics Ltd., India’s second-largest pen manufacturing listed company. He along with his son Mr. Prakash Jalan planned to diversify into real estate with Linc Property Developers Ltd. His remarkable experience and guidance has set the foundation for this company and he has been a promoter director for the company since its inception in 2006

A qualified Chartered Accountant and Lawyer, Anshuman is a promoter director of the company and provides guidance in taxation, accounting and financial matters. With his extensive experience, he holds directorships in multiple companies.

Having joined Linc Pen & Plastics Ltd, Goa Branch in 2001 as an executive assistant to the Director, Neeraj has held multiple roles in accounts, finance, procurement, and production under Mr. Prakash Jalan’s leadership. Backed with a Mcom and CA Intermediate, Neeraj is at the helm of affairs at Linc Property Developers Limited handling key areas of Operations and Finance.
